Anesthetic Ventilator
At Coronado Veterinary Hospital we are pleased to announce that we have incorporated the use of an anesthetic ventilator. Using a ventilator provides a safer means of anesthesia for our patients. Virtually all anesthetized patients hypo-ventilate (breathing that is too shallow or slow to meet the needs of the body) while under anesthesia.
Our ventilator will benefit patients that

- have metabolic disease
- have lung disease
- have congenital airway conditions
- are elderly
- brachiocephalic (flat faced)
- Need prolonged anesthetic procedures
